The roads across our estate, which were built in the 1970s, have seen little to no improvement since their construction. They are now in a poor state, with patchy, worn surfaces, bare areas and regular potholes. The overall condition is deteriorating and detracts from the appearance of the neighbourhood, as well as raising concerns about road safety and maintenance. I would urge the council to consider resurfacing and improvement works to bring the roads up to a safe, suitable and presentable standard.
