Bude man Michael Brickley jailed for violent mugging
A violent beggar from Cornwall has been jailed after he chased a vulnerable adult through the streets of Exeter and mugging him in a college car park.
Vagrant Michael Brickley targeted the 29-year-old after asking him for money and realising he suffered from severe learning difficulties.
He sponged money off him in the street and then followed him as he tried to get away from him and attacked him on three separate occasions.

Cornwall Fire Service has busy night with incidents in Mitchell,...
Firefighters have had a busy night attending incidents that are more usual in winter.
The chilly turn in the weather prompted a number of people to light fires at home and in Warleggan a chimney blaze broke out.
A fire engine from Bodmin attended the incident at 6.45pm and on arrival crews extinguished the fire using a stirrup pump and chimney rods. They then inspected the chimney to ensure the danger was passed using a thermal imaging camera.
