A large family group celebrating a landmark birthday in a Falmouth pub say police were called and they were asked to leave in a dispute involving just 2p. A teenager is lucky to be alive after a vehicle struck a fence and flipped upside down just feet from him on his motorbike in Delabole on Sunday. A primate centre in south east Cornwall was left with a mess to clean up after flash floods at the weekend. The area was hit by storms on Friday night into Saturday morning and Wild Futures suffered damage at its headquarters near Looe. It may seem hard to believe from this photo, but the driver of this vehicle walked away unscathed after it ended up on its roof in an accident in Delabole. Not only did the car land the wrong way up, but it narrowly missed plunging into a house and almost getting wedged between a bay window and a porch.
