Number of holiday homes still on the rise in Cornwall
The number of holiday homes in Cornwall is on the rise, according to a new report.
Findings by insurer Home Protect show that the Duchy is one of the top three areas in the UK which has seen the number of holiday homes on the increase along with Gwynedd in North Wales and Norfolk.
The figures show that the number of holiday homes listed showed a 41.02% rise, post Brexit vote - a total of 1,576 additional listings over the six months from 3,824 in July to 5,400 in January this year.

Emergency services were called to the incident between Loggans Moor roundabout and the Roseworthy Dip, near the most westerly Camborne slip road, just after 10pm.
