A man has described how he found a 17th century hand-grenade washed up on a beach from a Cornish shipwreck. Robert Felce was walking along the low-water shoreline at Dollar Cove, at Gunwalloe near Helston, when he made the remarkable discovery. Incredibly, the weapon was still packed with black residue, the remains of the original gun power, after 333 years under water. A major search operation is under way after a tourist on a bike went missing yesterday afternoon.
