Police are hunting a callous thief who stole a charity box from a village church. The incident happened between 9am and 5.30pm on Thursday (May 4) at the St Newlyn East parish church along Churchtown but details have only now been released. The family of a disabled six year old boy are appealing for people to help them find the little lost shoe that helps him to stand.Rory Curzon Smith was born four months premature leaving him with sensory, physical and neurological issues that he has had to fight since birth. The elderly woman who last month died minutes after stepping off a bus in Troon, near Camborne, did so of natural causes.
